Troy Mire is a California licensed real estate broker (DRE 01199870) and mortgage professional (NMLS 1795353) with more than two decades of active experience in the Southern California market. He founded TMireBroker & Co. to offer clients something most brokerages do not: a single, experienced advisor who understands both the property and the capital structure behind it.

His background spans residential sales for buyers and sellers, investor acquisition and disposition strategy, mortgage lending for conventional and non-traditional borrowers, and deal structuring across a range of property types and financing scenarios. That range is intentional. Real estate decisions rarely exist in isolation from financing, and financing decisions rarely exist in isolation from market conditions. Troy's practice is built around understanding both.

Over the course of his career he has worked across Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, San Diego County, and Ventura County, developing local market knowledge that informs every recommendation he makes.

His approach is direct and practical. The goal is not to close a transaction quickly. It is to structure each deal correctly, represent each client honestly, and build relationships that last beyond the first escrow.
